For our dark roast, we blend two Central American coffees for the base of our dark roast. During the roasting process the delicate rich oils are brought to the surface, giving it a rich dark flavor.
 
For our light roast, we use Mexican Chiapas Turquesa, which comes from the Chiapas region where many believe Mexico's best coffees can be found. The name Turquesa comes from the precious stone—the color of which is spread across the regions in its incredible waters and vast skies. It is characterized by large bean sizes and a round, balanced cup.
 
Our "blue" berry flavored coffee is absolutley delicious. The flavor of blueberries pairs extremely well with coffee. Give this one a try and you'll agree.
